Love to see the old school gear in action truly a wonderful sight to see 👌👌👌
Very good video.nuffield rules..
Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed.
👏👏👏👏👏
class video
Nice vid. Is this doable for a complete beginner? Im looking for something to aim for and get me motivated to get fit. Im already pretty familiar with Kayaking and some cycling. I was thinking of doing the 27 Km in March, which might give me time to get ready. Im most worried about the Mountain run
Hi there, the 27k is designed with the beginner in mind. Last year was my first time taking part in an adventure race and I am prepping for this years semi pros race(50k) Don't worry about the run, go at your own pace, a lot of people end up walking half of it, just be prepared for the cardiac steps !! If you are going, you would want to book it soon because it's 90% sold out. It's a great weekend, go on, you will love every minute of it. Best of luck and enjoy the race!!
Thats great, thanks a million
Nuffield driver now known as " Smiler"..
mountfields Ino him his name is barry
No
And does a pretty fine job too!..love this :) Would love to know what speed you were both doing
this a very good tractor.
the smile on his face says it all. Good Times!
At 1.00 is such a typical 10/60 under heavy load, sounds gruff and smokes a little. Great engine, would always start first go as long as the diesel was still liquid lol
I reckon I'll chance the pro as well next time, I should have chanced it this time but I didn't have the confidence. I'm tempted to have a cut off Gael Force West as well. It's a bug!!!
I did the 27k. My first time to a race of any kind! Looking at doing the series next year.
I was in the 10am (wave 11) as well. Some craic!!!!!!
+Denis Long First time taking part and it will not be my last. Well organised and great craic!!! Might do a little more training for next years event!!
What time was your wave? I was in the 10am one. Great day out!
+ronan23 ,Hi there, I went out at 12:00, fantastic day out. Going to try the semi pro next year. What level did you compete at this year?
(1 week later...) i did the 27km, it was my first time to do a race of any kind!
that class can't keep up with those nutfields.
You know its crazy. we used to do this, we had time, did the silage like this, happy times. Now they say theres no time. got to do it faster etc. yet now milk price has dropped theres major pricing problems. if someone with 100 acres can't make profit theres something wrong. my sons got 150 acres and makes enough profit. we have 200 acres and make enough profit!
3:31 2 good tractors among the fleet
how in the name of jaysus werent the front wheels up in he air?
Might have been able to see it a little better if camera man got a new phone!
Great stuff, and that was a heavy load for her!!
GREAT video very funny:)
every little helps, should of gone up a gear over the top, she'd a done it!

Nice Nuffield 1060 mark

Super video
nice fleet sound man mark
Great video
Brilliant.
does the heart good to see that
hes some craic that boy
that man can clearly not drive a tractor....hes above on the harvester...not looking at the load.
Wouldn't fancy going down any hills with that trailer behind you.
Wow, doesn't take long to fill.
what a haul!!!
Thanks a million... I couldn't be there this year.
Have you ever seen a happier man?
thumbs up for that smile!!!
the steering seems to be very loose on the nuffield
hehe No bother to the wee Nuffield and she freighted up to the gills!! good stuff!!
lijkt niet
thats on grassmen
something like that cant be seen every day great video classic!
thats my boss on the 1880 newholland at 11:26 the man who is standing up, he uses a whole classic fleet for silage still cheeck out my youtube page to see :)
Amazing footage. is this all your equipment or are they contractors?
And the dariy cows are watching what you are doing !
How performance, output and efficiency has changed over 50 years. Modern machinery continues to amaze me but the good old ones have the most character.
man alive roll bars lol? the old blokes did all the work like that lol
I would not like to be on that thing without a rollbar at the very least!
Hi silage man, thats not Brian on the 1060, its Barry Twohig- "the Expert"!
